• Basic Account Identification: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, and date of birth provided during authentication and profile setup.
• Credit Profile Data (With Explicit Consent): Permanent Account Number (PAN), credit bureau summaries (such as CIBIL score, active loan tradelines, on-time payment percentages, credit card utilization, and hard inquiry history) retrieved securely after you give explicit in-app authorization.
• Device Information & Fraud Prevention: Device model, OS version, unique device identifier (UUID), and IP address. This data is used solely to generate a cryptographic device-binding token that prevents unauthorized account takeovers.
• Customer Support & Audio Permission: When you initiate a live in-app voice consultation with our verified support team, microphone access is requested in real-time exclusively to establish the encrypted live voice stream. Audio streams are not recorded or analyzed for advertising purposes.
• Financial Calculators: Information you enter into our Loan EMI, SIP, and Debt-to-Income (DTI) calculators to compute your personal financial projections.
